What is the difference between the two waist trainers you offer?

The Suite143 Premium Waist Trainer at $49.99 is of a latex material. The Suite143 Standard Waist Trainer at $39.99 is of a cotton blend material. Both offer the same effect and results, only difference is in material and your goals in using one. The Premium Waist Trainer is much tighter and recommended to wear for only shorter periods of time such as those evening nights out.  The Standard Waist Trainer, is your go to everyday trainer, as it is breathable and comfortable enough to wear to work or at the gym.  It is true to size.

How should the waist trainer feel when wearing it?

It should feel “fitted” with slight compression. It should NOT make you feel sick or breathless if you are feeling this please stop wearing the waist trainer (you might have ordered a size to small if this is the case).

I have never worn a waist trainer, does it hurt?

When done properly, Waist Training should not hurt.  It will be normal at first to feel compression and some discomfort in your waist, abdomen, and midsection area. As anything new, it can be uncomfortable at first until your body gets used to it. The pressure should not be harmful to the body and if you do ever feel abnormal pain, you should cease use.

Our advice, listen to your body. Most of our success stories have been from women taking their time and working up their training efforts gradually. Giving their body a break when they need it and still getting great results over a matter of weeks.

How long should I wear my waist trainer for?

We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2 - 6 hours per day. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer throughout the entire day. Make sure that you feel comfortable while wearing it, if you have any discomfort please discontinue.

Can I wear the waist trainer overnight?

Sleep plays an important role in your physical and emotional health and well-being and your body does not need to be put under the pressure of the waist trainer while its “recovering”. Therefore we would NOT recommend wearing the waist trainer overnight.

Is it okay to waist train during pregnancy and post-pregnancy?

Do NOT waist train while pregnant.

Waist training is a great way to speed up the post baby body process, however it is advised to talk to your doctor first prior to waist training post-pregnancy, specially if you had a C-section.

I just had a baby! When can I start using a waist trainer?

We recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after giving birth before you start waist training. If you have had a cesarean, you will need to wait until you are fully healed as the waist trainer could be sitting on the incision. We recommend you consult with a medical professional or your doctor if you have an questions or concerns prior to using our product.

Will there be any damage to my body internally? 

Our waist trainers are not strong enough to cause any internal damage to your body, they are not corsets,. which are made of stronger material that may cause organs to be pushed in and up. However, consult with a medical professional or your doctor if you have an questions or concerns prior to using our product.

Do you offer free shipping and how long will it take to get my order?

We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders. Allow up to 3 business working days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, we will ship your order, allow up to (15-20 business days) for your order to be received.

I placed an order - what's next and when will I receive my products?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Allow up to 3 business working days for your order to be processed. After your order was successful, we will start putting your order together for shipment.

I have not received an order confirmation email - what do I do?

In most cases you can find the order confirmation in your Junk or Spam inbox of your email account. Please make sure to check this before you are contacting our customer support.

I ordered the wrong size! What can I do?

If you have ordered the wrong size and it HASN’T been dispatched yet, please email our customer service team at support@suite143.com.  In the subject line put URGENT SIZE CHANGE and we will do our best to change it for you but there is no guarantee.
