Exchange & Return Policy

 

You can return unused and unworn merchandise items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date you made your initial purchase for an exchange of the same or similar item purchased. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Items cannot be restocked or resold because of hygiene and safety reasons due to the nature of the products, undergarments being sold.

We do not take any responsibility if you choose the incorrect size, or use an incorrect shipping address, no refunds/exchanges will be given because of this. Once your order is placed in our system it cannot be changed due to the high volume of orders being processed.  So before purchasing, please reconfirm that you have chosen the right size, added the correct shipping address, etc.… prior to checking out.  Returns and exchanges apply for domestic orders from the Unites States only.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For safety and hygiene, any items purchased from our company, including but not limited to waist trainers. We may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done. Items may be returned if they meet the following requirements: They have not been used, worn, stained, or washed. There should be no stretch marks, wrinkles, dander, pet hair, crumbs or any visible debris on items being returned. Furthermore, all original tags must be attached, and no smells other than the items natural product odors are acceptable.

Please note that returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.  We reserve the right to make these decisions. A $7.50 charge for a refund shipping label will be applied if your original item does not meet our exchange policy and requires our fulfillment personnel to ship your item back to you.

All items must be shipped back to our facility for inspection to the address provided here:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In shipping your item, please use an insured and trackable method. Keep all documentation pertaining to the package your shipping to us so that you can make a claim with your carrier, should it become misplaced or lost in trans

Allow five business days from the time your return is received for a follow up from our team.  All returns are subject to the approval and inspection from the fulfillment team at our warehouse.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
